Chef Aaron Johnson is a proud native of Wilmington DE. Beginning his career at Howard High School of Technology he continued his education at Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC. Chef Aaron brings the Readers Cafe 30+ years of culinary knowledge and his enthusiasm for the industry. Whether it be the stove top or grill, Chef Aaron creates the soul in recipes for both old and new entrees while inspiring those around him to do it with passion or not at all.
