Expansive New Deck in Reisterstown, MD

We build our decks to meet or exceed strict building codes.  As a fully licensed contractor, we are able to complete every aspect of your screened porch project in one easy contract. Once the sales consultant meets with the client and understands what they are looking for, a contract is signed. Our talented production team will then create a CAD drawing of what the project entails, along with a 3D rendering to help our clients visualize what their new space will look like.

The new deck consists of two deck spaces - an upper 16' x 10' deck and a lower 16' x 16' deck. The 16' x 10' deck is flush with exterior back sliding door, with two steps down to the 16' x 16' deck.  Deck boards are Timbertech Silver Maple, secured using hidden fasteners, resulting in a flawless look across the entire deck.

The deck is wrapped with white woodgrain textured PVC Palram. The support beams are also wrapped with Palram. Support posts are sleeved with white vinyl, giving the deck a crisp clean and polished look that will last for years to come.
