Cognitive Load Theory Explained
Dylan Wiliam said Cognitive Load Theory is ‘the single most important thing for teachers to know’. Here is a one-page graphic summary of some key points & practical strategies to consider by Jamie Clark. Cognitive Load Theory emerged from the work of educational psychologist John Sweller and colleagues in the 1980s.
