Ready, Set, Dash! 

We are so excited to kick off our first annual Doggy Dash with you on May 3rd at Spring Lake!

What To Know:

Packet/Bib Pickup: 

Heart and Sole Sports will be hosting our packet/bib pickups. If you can, please plan to pick up your race bibs prior to the event date. If you cannot pick up your bib before the event at Heart and Sole Sports, please check in at our registration tent upon arrival to receive your packet.  

Where: 4217 Montgomery Dr. Santa Rosa, CA 95405 

When: Thursday, May 1st and Friday, May 2nd from 4:30 – 6:30pm each day. 

Arrival: 

Please note that Spring Lake requires a Sonoma County Parks Pass, if you choose to park at the Boat Launch. If you do not have a pass, the parking fee is $7 . Our event is held on the large green lawn to the right of the boat launch. Follow the Doggy Dash signage through the park!

What to expect: 

• Treats and goodies from local businesses 
• Photo station for you and your 2 and 4 legged friends 
• Prizes for top fundraisers 
• Water station at start and halfway point 

Please Note: Our shelters will open at 12 PM on May 3rd so our team

can participate in the fun!

Event Timeline: 

9:00am Event Starts at the Boat Launch 

9:20am Announce Fundraising Winners and Prizes 

9:25am Kelly Sutton of Grow with Kelly Coaching Leads Pre-Walk Flow Stretch   

9:30am Walk Begins 

10:30am Dashers Return to enjoy goodies and treats!
