Leah Christoforidis (second from left) is a wife and mother of four, a patient with stage IV kidney cancer, and a fierce advocate for research funding. We are delighted to share her story in this month's KidneyCAN Community Spotlight.

Community Spotlight:

Leah's Rare Diagnosis & Remarkable Strength

This month, we spotlight Leah Christoforidis, an extraordinary advocate and mother of four battling kidney cancer. Diagnosed with a rare kidney cancer at 32 weeks of pregnancy, Leah's had to learn quite a bit about advocating for herself.

She has turned those lessons into a passion for advocating for others. Her journey and dedication are not only heartening but also motivational.
