A Message from our Chief Executive Officer

Welcome to Archway's September Newsletter! As we turn the corner from summer into fall and adapt to the new rhythms of school days, I want to take a moment to acknowledge our team's great work in supporting and celebrating our residents during this time of transition. Above all, we want to help ensure that our kids are ready for school.

Here are just a few examples of the things our Services Team has been working on:

We provided children at Foothills Green with back-to-school supplies and backpacks, courtesy of Salem United Church of Christ and A Precious Child.
Our Foothills Green residents were also treated to ice cream and other fun treats courtesy of a modified Ice Cream Truck (golf cart) to celebrate the start of the school year.
Our team at Fountain Ridge hosted a Back to School Kickoff BBQ, complete with homemade cupcakes and shrimp boil from our resident

Here's to a wonderful school year and cooler days ahead.

Archway has purchased Mike's Custom Lawn Care, Inc. of Arvada, CO with the intention to rebrand as Archway Facilities Management. This will be a new division of our portfolio, developed to support our statewide growth, and our existing 11 properties and 1,500+ residents by providing landscaping and property maintenance.

Meet Bailey Dahl!

“I’ve always been the little black sheep of my family,” Bailey tells me, with a chuckle, after talking about her school days and interests through college.

Bailey grew up in Nashville which, when she first said this I didn’t think anything of it. But when she got to explaining how much of her immediate family was in the music industry it started to make sense.

Celebrating Growth at Foothills Green

Archway Communities focuses on providing affordable housing, food security and access to the supportive social services that people need to thrive. While this approach can have many positive outcomes for our residents, every so often it leads to one that is bittersweet for our staff: residents being able to take the next step in financial well-being by buying a home.

Free Ice Cream Friday

Our residents at Foothills Green, kids and adults, enjoyed free ice cream in August from on-site staff, who created a real "ice cream truck" feel with the cart decorations and music through the neighborhood!

Fountain Back to School BBQ

While kids enjoyed the slip and slide and yard games, adults enjoyed the homemade cupcakes and shrimp boil provided by fellow residents!

Foothills Back to School Gear Giveaway

Thanks to our partners at Salem UCC and a Precious Child for providing an abundance of school supplies for our kids returning to school this month!
