With the evolving COVID-19 situation, families' decision to have their student live on campus may change. If your student's plans have changed and they no longer need/want to live on campus, please have them visit the Housing Portal to cancel their housing contract BEFORE their move-in date.

If your student is currently living off campus and is interested in living on campus this Fall Quarter, please have them submit a Fall Quarter Waitlist application.

Health Promotions
Live Well, Be Well: A podcast where we speak candidly about all things well-being. New episodes are released every Friday on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Spotify.
Health Coaching
Free Health Coaching provides students the education, support, and encouragement to develop behaviors for a healthier lifestyle. Topics include: time management, sleep hygiene, goal setting, and much more.
Students can access video workouts from trainers, and LIVE Rec events and classes streaming online; workout playlists, walking paths, and more.

Move-in is staggered over a 10-day period, beginning Sept. 19-28. Students will select their move-in date and time once the MyRoomAssignment portal opens in late August. All students who reside on campus will be offered a free SARS-CoV-2 test as the first step of the move-in process. The goal of testing is to identify and isolate any asymptomatic individuals who could unintentionally spread the virus. Learn more.

From Move-In until Oct. 5, dining services will be serving all meals to-go. There will be no dine-in options during the move-in period to promote physical distancing while repopulating the campus.

Dining Services is committed to the health and safety of students, faculty and staff. We are following guidelines set by local, state, and national health officials and we are consistently evolving to meet current health guidelines. We routinely monitor our dining facilities and have implemented the following additional measures to ensure customer safety. New this Fall, Triton2Go will alert students when their order is ready to help dining services control density at dining locations and reduce lines. The Triton2Go app offers secret menu items, customizable menus, and a loyalty program with prizes. Students can download the app.

A place for students to belong, for personal growth, and become an experienced citizen and leader through engagement in student organizations, events, Sorority & Fraternity Life, communication and leadership programs, and community service initiatives.
Triton Fest Series
Free late night, weekend events aimed at bringing our vibrant campus community together around memorable events. This Fall, an amazing virtual line up of performers and acts will start off the new year. A campus tradition since 2014, Triton Fest is an opportunity for students to take a break and connect with each other.
National First-Gen
Nov. 9-14. 
To provide greater support for UC San Diego’s first-generation college students, the Triton Firsts Initiative engages first-generation professors, lecturers, researchers, staff, graduate students, and alumni to inspire first-generation students to excel during their undergraduate journeys. Student Success Coaching
The Student Success Coaching Program facilitates the transition and promotes the success of first-generation college students at UC San Diego. Students in the program are part of a collaborative, holistically supportive, and validating environment that applies a strengths-based approach. 
Triton Transfer Student Hub
Transfer Student Success provides resources, services, and programs to empower Triton transfer students to achieve their goals as they navigate UC San Diego's academic and cultural landscape. Have your student meet with a Transfer Peer Coach to listen and learn from those who have walked in their shoes.
Supporting International Students Worldwide
We are committed to a rich and full student experience at UC San Diego wherever in the world students may be. New International Student Orientation program offers sessions from immigration documents and regulations, to virtually networking with other international students. Global Education launched the Global Hub, featuring virtual programs to connect and engage Tritons worldwide.
