"I can't say enough good about the experience we had with Grennan Construction. We had an extensive remodel done on the exterior, and every contractor who came exceeded our expectations. We had a porch torn off, and a new one built, as well as a "lip" built above the garage, and the work was precise and well done. We had stonework added, and it looked so beautiful on the front part of the house that we ended up adding an entire half wall on the backside of the home. New vinyl siding everywhere. Can I say: I can't remember a harder working crew than the guys who did the siding. Many days they were there from 7:30 am until 7:00 at night, many times taking only a 15-minute lunch break. We had some excruciatingly hot days, but that didn't stop them. Honestly, we were blown away by their work ethic. Brandon was a wonderful site manager. Any time we had questions, he was over to the house with answers. We recently noticed a spot that was leaking after a rainstorm from the gutters. They were there the next day repairing the issue. We were very impressed by how quickly they responded. We absolutely love our home now!"
