Since 1996, Leadership Westchester has been Volunteer New York!’s signature leadership development program—designed to transform passionate individuals into dynamic changemakers who make a difference across Westchester’s nonprofit sector and beyond.
This prestigious, nine-month intensive program blends real-world nonprofit insight with top-tier leadership training. Through engaging classroom dialogue, hands-on fieldwork, and self-reflection, participants strengthen their leadership voice, deepen community knowledge, and prepare to lead with purpose—especially as nonprofit board members.
