Kootenai County Reagan Republicans Endorse Two Candidates in Coeur d'Alene for the November 3rd Municipal Elections

COEUR D'ALENE -
The Kootenai County Reagan Republicans officially announced endorsements today for candidates in the two competitive Coeur d'Alene City Council races for the November 5th Municipal Elections.  The organization's President Jeff Ward said "the citizens of Coeur d'Alene again have the opportunity to vote for limited government and fiscal responsibility with these outstanding conservative candidates.

The conservative organization's Board of D irectors unanimo usly recommended Toby Schindelbeck for Council Seat 1 a n d Steve Adams for Council Seat 5.

"Steve Adams has served with courage and diligence over the past four years, sticking to his conservative principles despite sometimes hostile opposition. We were proud to stand behind him with our endorsement four years ago and even prouder to do so this year." Ward said

"Toby Schindlebeck represents the future of our community as a strong conservative and a dedicated Republican and we support his efforts to make Coeur d'Alene a model of thoughtful conservative governance in the interest of all its citizens." Ward added.

The Kootenai County Reagan Republicans (KCRR) is one of largest Republican member organization in Idaho and has innumerable supporters and friends in North Idaho. KCRR endorsements are made by an elected 12 member Board of Directors.  Candidates must receive a 2/3rd vote from the KCRR board before they obtain the endorsement. This year all Coeur d'Alene endorsements were the result of unanimous votes.

The Kootenai County Reagan Republicans organization endorses candidates in primaries and non-partisan races in order to inform its members and all voters of candidates that share the conservative values of the Republican Party and the club's namesake, President Ronald Reagan.  The Kootenai County Reagan Republicans was founded in 2009 as an association of Republican activists in North Idaho.
