REAL ESTATE NEWS IN SAN FRANCISCO

SF’s Hot Real Estate Market Cooled Down But Can Never Be Stopped

In recent years, San Francisco’s Real Estate market set records as sales soared amid seemingly unstoppable housing demand. With the tech industry driving a wealth growth that pushed up prices in the Bay Area.

When the Coronavirus pandemic shuttered most businesses, SF Real Estate market started to cool off. Fear of infection and longer processing time became the major factors affecting the housing business. That being said, the Real Estate business in the Bay Area remains to be an unstoppable force. Silicon Valley and the larger Bay Area still remain among the hottest Real Estate markets in the US. Once the pandemic is over, lower rates alone should cause a spike of sales to come back to the market. We look forward to bouncing back from the most comprehensive economic shutdowns of modern times.

SF HISTORY
KNOW MORE ABOUT HISTORY OF SAN FRANCISCO
Denim jeans were invented in SF for the Gold Rush miners.

In 1853, the news of gold brought approximately 300,000 people to California. Levi Strauss, a German immigrant, arrived in SF with a supply of dry goods. Levi Strauss had canvas made into waist overalls for the miners. He used a twilled cotton cloth from France called serge de Nimes.
The fabric later became known as denim and the pants were nicknamed blue jeans.
