See Past Issues

I have been a real estate referral agent for many past clients and relatives and friends of clients when they needed to buy or sell a home in California and many other states.

It is in the client’s best interest, whether buyers or sellers, to seek out a real estate referral agent, if they do not have experience with a Realtor in specific area - anywhere in the USA.

My experience, internet savvy and access to resources exclusive to licensed real estate professionals equip me to serve in this capacity.

I know the right questions to ask and how to vet the potential buyer or listing agent.

There is no charge to the client for my services. I am compensated by the other agent with a type of finder’s fee.

The concept of a finder’s fee and a referral fee is very similar, however, in real estate, the term is a referral fee.

I just thought if that opportunity ever presented itself to you, I would let you know how I handle this so you feel comfortable.

First off, everything is confidential and I handle these situations with great care.

For example, I don’t like to call people out of the blue, so to make everyone comfortable, I prefer introductions.

If you know someone who needs real estate help, feel free to pass on my name and introduce me by email or phone or text.

Realtors do lots of referrals. It's actually a pretty sweet deal for the clients and it happens all the time in the real estate game. There are tons of reasons why referrals go down. Maybe the client is looking for a place in a different city or state. Or they might need a realtor who specializes in a certain type of property, like luxury homes or fixer-uppers. And if the client is moving to a new area, a referral will help them find a realtor who knows the local market inside and out.

The cool thing about referrals is that they make life easier for the client. They get hooked up with a realtor who has the right skills and knowledge for their specific situation. It saves them time and hassle trying to find someone on their own. Plus, since the referral comes from another realtor, there's already a level of trust and reliability there.

When a client gets a referral, they can expect a totally personalized experience. The new realtor will work closely with them to understand their unique needs and preferences. And since realtors have many connections, the client also gets access to a whole network of professionals who can help with things like financing, inspections, and more.

At the end of the day, real estate referrals are all about making sure the client gets the best possible service for their specific situation. It's a win-win for everyone involved.
