Community League of the Heights (CLOTH) in partnership with Lightstone are excited to offer an Introductory Real Estate Investment Course & Guide to Buy Your First Property.
This six days course will take place starting next week on
October 31, November 2
, 8, 9, 14, and 16, at Community Health Academy of the Heights, 504 West 158th Street, New York, NY 10032, from
6:30 - 8:30PM.
The course costs $150 to register, but $100 is refundable, if the participant attends all classes. Seating is limited, so please remember to register early! Applicants are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
This 6 days course will provide participants with lessons from how to buy a home, to analyzing real estate investment opportunities. It provides a step-by-step approach for completing a real estate financial analysis.
