Real Estate Market Update + Local Events in February 💌

The market has changed as it has shifted away from the frenzy of the past few years. The biggest challenge in the San Diego housing market right now and for the foreseeable future is how few homes there are for sale compared to the number of interested buyers. We can speak from our experience last weekend where we held open houses on Saturday and Sunday and had the busiest open houses that we have ever had and received multiple offers on our listing. If you are thinking about selling, now is still a great time to put your home on the market. Even though housing prices have gone down over the last six months, prices are still up year over year.
