Nutrition and stress hold prominent places on the American menu; closely related and recursively influencing one another to create quite a Soup Du Jour. Considering nourishment in dynamic relationship with mind, body, and spirit is imperative for wellness and stress management. The participant will come to recognize this relationship and its implications toward holistic health while learning how to empower lifestyle choice and change. Nutritional management and stress management are inseparable. Know the ingredients and follow the recipe!
