Feature News - Introducing A  New Escrow Partner

Mitigate risk and ensure that you have access to the USGN source code and your data if the need ever arises.  We are excited to announce that we have recently moved our software escrow to a new escrow agent, EscrowTech,to ensure continuity in the case of potential adverse circumstances. While we do not anticipate that this will ever be required, we want remind you that this safeguard is available. The escrow agreement is designed to mitigate risk and ensure that you have access to the USGN source code and your data if the need arises. We understand that continued operation of our custom solution is critical to our customers and want to be certain that you are assured of having uninterrupted access to this material. As your project management provider your data's safety is our number one priority. That's why we felt it was crucial to offer you an additional feature capturing your data as well as the source code. USGN is offering two programs, you pick the one that is best for you: 1.Source code only – This is currently updated on a quarterly basis. 2.Source code and data – This is a new option that is customized per client such that you have access to all of your data and files in addition to the source code. The material for this second option can be on a quarterly basis as with the source code only or more frequently. Both of these require an addendum to your current agreement and additional fees to register your company as a beneficiary. The escrow agreement will identify the material and release conditions to ensure continuity for you. We want you to sleep well in the new year, knowing your data is always at your fingertips.
