HAGATNA, GUAM – The Guam Chamber of Commerce announced today that Rear Admiral Brett Mietus, Commander, Joint Region Marianas, and Rear Admiral Joshua Lasky, Commander, Joint Task Force-Micronesia, will be the featured speakers at the Chamber’s General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The meeting will take place in the Micronesian Ballroom at the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa. Doors open at 11:15 a.m.
Additionally, the meeting will kick off the 2025 Toys for Tots campaign. Members and guests are asked to bring a new and unwrapped toy to the meeting. This annual toy collection program provides a toy or gift item to a child (ages 0 – 17) in need at Christmas. The Chamber is pleased to partner with Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz on this most worthy program. A number of businesses will be ready to receive toy contributions the first week of October. Companies interested in participating as a drop-off site for toys are encouraged to contact the Chamber office for details.
Registration for the September 23rd meeting is required and must be received via email at info@GuamChamber.com.gu by 12:00 pm on Monday, September 22nd. Attendance fee for this event is $45 for Chamber Members. Reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
