Reasons for Hope

Despite increases in race-based violence over the past several years, there are reasons for hope. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) lists Top 10 Moments of Hope in 2019 on its website and has announced a Mayors' Compact to Combat Hate, Extremism and Bigotry with the U.S. Conference of Mayors. In addition, communities all over the U.S. will commemorate the Fourth Annual National Day of Racial Healing , an effort promoted by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, on January 21 . Let's work together to help everyone feel equal and respected.
