Don't just be well, be RebelWELL!

Practicing Gratitude the Rebel Way

We often associate wellness with going to the gym, eating healthily, or getting enough sleep. However, feeling and thinking well are just as important as our physical health. Our daily presence at work and in our personal lives is greatly influenced by our emotional and mental health.

Gratitude is a simple yet effective strategy for improving emotional well-being. Whether it's a supportive coworker, a cup of coffee in the morning, or a small victory, pausing to recognize and value the positive can improve your mood, reduce stress, and give you a sense of purpose. It serves as a reminder that being healthy involves more than just doing more; it also involves appreciating what is already good.

In light of this season, please join us in practicing gratitude with our Grateful Rebel Calendar for the month of November. This month, follow along with the calendar to complete an activity each day that correlates with the daily topic. An example of a way to show gratitude on this day is given for every topic. Stay well, Rebels, and Happy November!
