History of a Fine Arts Center
Since 1921, a fine arts center located in Calhoun County, Michigan has had a rich history of bringing people together, and a place for the community to hold business and/or social meetings. The fine arts center we are referring to is the Franke Center for the Arts (The Franke) located in historic downtown Marshall, Michigan. From a place of worship to creating a versatile multi-use facility offering attendees positive and memorable experiences, The Franke has been enriching the lives of attendees throughout Southwest Michigan for the past 100 years.

Today, The Franke is operated under the Marshall Civic Center Trust whose mission is to preserve, renovate, and maintain the Center for the cultural, civic, and social enrichment of the City of Marshall and surrounding areas.
