Falcon is off to a Strong Start as an Independent Investment Advisor

The last twelve months were a transformative and productive period for Falcon Investment Advisors

On June 28th, 2024, Falcon’s Managing Partners acquired a majority stake in the Firm, once again establishing Falcon as an independent investment advisor, positioned to execute on its core junior capital investment strategy with autonomy and strong alignment of interests

Falcon is currently investing out of its seventh junior capital fund

Falcon recently closed two new investments in Fund VII and completed multiple add-on transactions supporting current portfolio companies in their next stages of growth

Falcon exited five portfolio companies in Funds V and VI, resulting in more than $420 million of capital returned to investors

In March 2025, Falcon closed a junior capital investment in Quisitive Technology Solutions, a Microsoft service provider, representing Fund VII’s sixth investment

In July 2024, Falcon led a junior capital investment in Ora Clinical, a full-service ophthalmology-focused Contract Research Organization, representing Fund VII’s fifth investment

In May 2024, Falcon invested incremental dollars into MajorKey Technologies (Fund VI) to facilitate a spin out and subsequent tuck-in acquisition. Additionally, Falcon portfolio companies Risepoint (Fund VI) and Evriholder (Fund VII) made transformative acquisitions in 2024
