About the Program

A panel of experts will walk through myriad legal issues impacted by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which overturned Roe v. Wade. The discussion will include an overview of subsequent reproductive rights cases, explanation of other decisions about related liberty interests that SCOTUS and other courts have handed down, and the results of state legislation and ballot initiatives, with a particular focus on California.

This program is presented by the Constitutional Law Section. Find out more about the section at BHBA.org.
