Dear William Paterson University Parent/Family Member,

I write to you with updates regarding University response and business continuity in light of the COVID-19 health emergency. Like most colleges and universities, we are moving a majority of instruction and other services to remote format, in synch with recommendations from health care experts and in compliance with Governor Murphy’s directives around social distancing. Please see attached two communications sent earlier today to all students.

Please also be sure to check regularly the website https://www.wpunj.edu/health-wellness/covid19 the University has set up for COVID-19 related communications and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). If after reviewing all of this information you still have questions, please feel free to email me at [email protected] .

We know that this unprecedented health emergency and the ensuing changes to how we go about our daily lives has been unsettling, to say the least. I assure you that we will be here, even if not physically, to support and assist your students and get them to the finish line. We see you as partners in this endeavor and hope that you will help your students navigate the information and advice provided on our website and reinforce the overarching message of patience, perseverance and success.

Be safe and stay well!

Sincerely,

Dr. Miki Cammarata
