Winter Recipes from
My Blog

Creamed Winter Squash Soup (click pic for recipe)

This soup was the favorite of my youngest son when he was a baby drinking from the bottle.  Just six ingredients, so easy!

Thai Chile Quinoa & Cashews (click pic for recipe)
Another simple but satisfying recipe.  There's a great flavor explosion from the sweet corn & brussels sprouts to the spicy-sour of the chili & lime.

At EWG, our team of scientists, engineers, policy experts, lawyers and computer programmers pores over goverment data, legal documents, scientific studies and our own laboratory tests to expose threats to your health and the environment, and to find solutions.  Our research brings to light unsettling facts that you have a right to know.
