Dressing Rooms
Only 1 Female Parent/Guardian is allowed in the dressing rooms IF your student needs assistance. This applies to the Basketball Court, Activity Room, Fitness Room and Craft Room ONLY.
NO parents are allowed backstage or in the backstage dressing rooms.
We ask that everyone help and do their part in keeping the dressing rooms cleaned up. All drinks will need to be in a resealable bottle. We will need to be able to clean between shows, so you will need to take things with you. You cannot leave your items.
Dressing rooms will open an hour before showtime.
The basketball court will not be available to us until 30 minutes prior to each show.
Below you will find listed each combo class under their assigned dressing room for recital week. When your dancer is there for any extra classes (i.e. hip hop, pom, pointe, and/or competition), you will still report to that same dressing room you are assigned to below.
It is important that you remain in your assigned dressing room during recital so the staff lining up dancers in the hallway can find you! You are also assigned to specific rooms to eliminate being crowded. Please follow your dressing room assignments.
We will NOT have the Basketball Court or Activity Room for Dress Rehearsals.
Typically, dancers will sit in the audience and watch the rehearsal and head back to the hallway 8 songs before to line up. If you are assigned to these dressing rooms, you can use the Craft Room or Fitness Room during dress rehearsals or even keep your things with you in the auditorium.
Again, this is for Dress Rehearsals ONLY.
ABSOLUTELY, no males in the dressing rooms.
All boys will need to use the restroom to change and will QUIETLY hang in the main hallway
with parental supervision. Typically, they set themselves up in that nook by the main offices.
Any Mommy & Me and Beginner Ballet male students are fine to be in the Basketball Court.
Please do not take any photos in the dressing rooms and be respectful of dancers changing.
Tumbling Dressing Room Assignments:
Craft Room: Basics 1-4 & Intermediate 1-2
Loading Dock (backstage): Intermediate 3
Men's Dressing Room (backstage): Advanced 1-2
Women's Dressing Room (backstage): Advanced 3 & Elite
Tumblers only, NO PARENTS.
There is no need to bring anything extra with you for the tumbling recital. Come dressed and ready!
