Reclaim Your Life!

Feeling overwhelmed? Bzzz bzzz. Another voicemail. Bzzz bzzz.

Eight more emails. In our smart phone world, we are available by

email or phone 24/7! It’s hard to turn it off and it seems

impossible to stop the steady stream of information.

But it must be managed if we are to live our lives.

The way to start is by becoming aware you are in overload.

Make yourself unavailable for short periods of time.

Lunch. Two evenings/week.

Remember, you have more choice than you may think.

Set boundaries and communicate them. Stay focused on

one thing for short blocks of time. It’s time to reclaim your life.
