Saving History From Worcester Odd Fellows Home

In 1892, The Odd Fellows, a  fraternal  organization, built a  retirement home for their aging members, on Randolph  Street in Worcester.

Erected from brick, stone, antique  maple, antique oak, antique  spruce, and heart pine, it was a wealth of  historic material.
The flooring, wall paneling, doors, framing lumber, windows, and trim has  been salvaged to preserve a piece of  Worcester and Odd Fellow history.

We still have inventory in our Oxford lumber yard, including some of this beautiful antique attic flooring shown here. Call 617-548-1829 for more  information on these or any other salvaged materials!

Here's a few of the latest projects featuring our historic wood:

Are you a designer, builder, or sustainable minded woodworker in New England? We would love to speak with you about our hemlock, fir, spruce, and heart pine timbers reclaimed from historic buildings in our area!

This helps keep prices low, and reduces the carbon footprint of your project, and our company! Let's work together to promote a healthy and sustainable local community!

Boston Harbor Oak Pilings

Our Boston Harbor Oak is being installed into the new Price Waterhouse Cooper office in Boston's Seaport. Note the barnacles that made their home while these were pilings in Boston Harbor!

This historic wood is already installed at Legal Harborside, the Converse HQ and the investment firm Brown Brothers Harriman in Post Office Square.

We've been working on some hemlock counter tops. Here is one at the newly opened Middle Gray Cafe in Brookline!
Vintage reclaimed oak in new cafe in Longwood.

We offer our all of our premium quality wood in the form that suits your needs, from raw reclaimed stock, to re-sawn dimensional kiln-dried lumber, and premium finished surfaces.
Sustainable And Recycled Building Materials
We have saved tens of millions of board feet of vintage, and often historic lumber to share with our customers, ensuring that the legacy of this beautiful old wood will continue for generations to come. We are passionate about our work and our products, because we're not just selling reclaimed wood- we're sharing a piece of history.
The majority of the  reclaimed wood we save is in the form of large and often historic timbers, joists, decking and flooring. We sell large quantities of premium quality  reclaimed old-growth southern yellow pine timbers and decking throughout the US and internationally on a wholesale basis. We also supply local homeowners, architects, timber framers, builders, flooring manufacturers, and furniture makers who are all choosing  sustainable, salvaged and  recycled building materials like reclaimed wood from the Jarmak Corporation.

We're not your typical reclaimed lumber company, and it's better that way...

Fancy downtown showroom? Nope.
Slick-talking, suit and tie salesmen? Uh-uh.
Whiz-bang brochures and flashy product catologues? Don't think so.
