My Dear Patients,
It is with a heavy heart that I need to inform all of you, my Dear patients and friends, that I will be closing my doors to my Clinic at 4713 N 1st Ave in April.
The very last day I will see patient in my clinic will be on April 20th, 2026.
Please be assured that all your records are safely secured according to law and statute. In the event you would like a copy of your records please kindly let me as soon as possible. Please, be advised that all records that are older then 6 years are no longer available.
It has been a real pleasure and a privilege to care for you ALL these years, Thank you so much for your Trust! These past 16 years in my clinic and in my 30 years of practice I saw healing miracles!

I will still be available for one on one consultation and for home visits in the near future. This is to be announced.
For some of you that have more visits from your care plan, please rest assure that your care will be taken care of as well. I am still operating business on Monday-Wednesday and Thursday mornings this March and April up to 04-20-2026 as mentioned above.
On this note I simply want to let you All know that I will still be available in the near future for caring for you in Optimal Health!
