Kids Day Raises $628,611
Together we celebrate another successful Kids Day that saw a record number of volunteers participate - over 7,000 - to raise a total of $628,611.13. We offer our sincere gratitude to ABC-30 and The Fresno Bee for making this extraordinary event possible again this year; to our event sponsors, including Wells Fargo, Table Mountain Casino, Ahart Insurance, EHS, Benchmark Homes, Arthur J. Gallagher, Pacific Service Credit Union, Pure Storage, Tangram, Media Solutions, Inc., My Kid's Dentist, Enterprise Holdings, Westech Systems, Inc., Hilmar Cheese, and Wild Electric; to our volunteer site leaders who organize local efforts across the Valley to sell newspapers; and to the thousands of Valley residents who bought and sold special edition Kids Day newspapers on the big day. Jennifer and Jason Rice of Atascadero, California, are grateful for the care their son, Landon, received at Valley Children's. He was born with a bilateral cleft lip, a deformity that may cause feeding, speech and hearing problems after birth. With several children's hospitals to choose from, the Rice family chose Valley Children's, which has the only cleft and craniofacial team in Central California approved by the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.

E. & J. Gallo Winery Contributes $500,000
E. & J. Gallo Winery generously contributed $500,000 to support construction of the Pelandale Specialty Care Center in Modesto. We are honored to have Gallo's incredibly generous support as we prepare to build a new facility in the North Valley in closer proximity to their corporate headquarters. Our sincere thanks to Mr. Greg and Mrs. Jessica Coleman for their instrumental role in bringing this gift to fruition.

All Guild Fundraiser Raises $63,139 for Valley Children's
Congratulations to all the Guilds of Valley Children's for their hard work and dedication on the Toyota Tundra Giveaway at The World Ag Expo.

Bank of the Sierra Awards Valley Children's $5,000
Valley Children's Healthcare Foundation is proud to announce that it has received a grant through Bank of the Sierra's Sierra Grant Program. This $5,000 grant will support the recently launched Pediatric Residency Program, affiliated with Stanford University School of Medicine. Click

Fowler Groundbreaking
On Friday, March 24 at 10:00 a.m., Valley Children's will officially break ground on a new facility in Fowler in partnership with Adventist Health. This location will provide additional resources and pediatric care to the community of Fowler. We invite you to join us to celebrate this special event. La Tienda Guild Thrift Shop
The Tower District's Art Hop is the first Thursday of every month, and the La Tienda Guild Thrift Shop is open until 8:00 p.m. Stop in and find a treasure at a reasonable price.
