Recording and Slides for Registrants of the February 28, 2024 Webinar

For this webinar, the recording is password-protected, and access to it is for registrants only. In addition, Dr. Gaab has asked that you "please do not post any of the slides or content on social media or other online websites or distribute via email." Georgians, stay in the know on where we are in Georgia with the screening selection. Check the GaDOE guide, Aligning State Literacy Policies and Practices for updates. Any new information approved, voted on, or changed will appear in this guide. Of note: The number of screeners now on the list is down from 16 to 13. Also, on Feb. 29, Georgia Senator Billy Hickman presented an amendment. Click here and go to timestamp 1:08:45 to listen to the amendment, and click here to read the bill. The bill passed the Senate 52-1 at 7:50 p.m. on Thursday night, February 29. The bill now goes to the House.
