First round of Pinellas hurricane recovery checks delivered to residents

Just before the new year, we celebrated delivery of the first checks for our People First Hurricane Recovery Programs. Christian and Dana had to move their family twice in the midst of the 2024 hurricanes. Their baby girl arrived just days after Hurricane Milton flooded their Seminole home. They qualified for the full $15,000 Disaster Relief Reimbursement to recover moving expenses, bills and other storm-related expenses.
