Greetings from Glenbeigh,

I wanted to remind everyone that the new 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline goes live July 16th. It's been years in the making and I'm grateful that access to help is getting easier through a dedicated three-digit number. Also, there are some great articles below about the impacts of alcohol on physical health. It seems obvious that too much alcohol isn't good for us, but it's startling how many of our body systems are negatively impacted by addiction.

Thanks,

Dr. Semancik
