We are excited to introduce our enhanced Events Module, making it even more convenient for you to book events and view activities through the Resident-Only section of our website. This new and improved online reservation system will streamline the process, ensuring that you can easily secure your spot at social events and keep track of your reservations.


For events like the Concert Series and those with tickets sponsored by the Resident Events Committee, you now have the option to order tickets online and pick them up at our office at your convenience. Information about how to order Resident Event tickets or Concert Series tickets will be included in the email sent to residents in advance of individual ticket sales opening. 


Here are some key details to help you make the most of this new system:


  • Online reservations and ticket sales for most events will open 30 days in advance, giving you ample time to plan your attendance.
  • On the date that an event opens for reservations the online reservation system and ticket sales will become available at 8:30 a.m. when the Administration office opens. This ensures that residents who prefer in-person transactions have the same access as those using the website.


Our goal is to make your experience as seamless as possible, so we'll send you direct links to upcoming events instead of requiring you to search through the website calendar. Look for an example like this, it is the EASIEST way to make a reservation or purchase tickets:
