Greeting Herons Glen Community,
We hope this email finds you well and enjoying the beautiful summer weather! We're thrilled that the Herons Glen pool is open and ready for you to dive into a refreshing and relaxing swimming experience. We opened the pool as quickly as safety standards allowed following the pool deck renovation. Please keep in mind that the look and feel of the pool deck will improve drastically once our new furniture, along with several pieces from Copperleaf, arrives and our landscaping is installed.
Within the next few weeks, we will adjust the locks on the gates to work with the key card system used to access the fitness center. If you already have a fitness center card, you will be able to use it to open the pool gates. If not, please visit the HGRD Administration Office to obtain a key card anytime Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, except holidays. If not already issued, each household requesting access to either the pool or the fitness center will be issued a maximum of two personal key cards at no cost and, if desired, will have the opportunity to purchase key fobs for $15 each. (Key fobs fit on a key ring) If a card is lost, additional cards may be purchased for $10 each. Click here to review the Swimming Pool & Spa and Fitness Center Release. Please note that key cards or fobs will only be issued to verified homeowners of Herons Glen. Homeowners that are renting their property that would like to share the pool with their tenants must sign a release as well as their tenants. To ensure a smooth process, please bring your identification when requesting a card or fob.
We kindly remind everyone to adhere to the pool rules for the safety and enjoyment of all residents (Click Here to Review). If you feel someone is causing a disturbance or someone is at the pool who is neither a resident nor a resident’s guest, please let us know in the HGRD Administration Office or notify the Manager on Duty in the restaurant.
