Ice Skating Recap

What a perfect way to conclude the holiday break...ice skating at the Lakes! Jack Frost gave us 3 days of ice skating so far, and will hopefully add a few more to the season. With over 200 seasonal buttons sold, many skaters enjoyed gliding on the ice and breathing in the chill of winter.

Ice skating is only permitted while a recreation attendant is on duty and during posted hours of operation. Check on our social media for ice skating updates.

Monday, 1/19-Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Today, we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a man whose words became the heartbeat of a movement and whose vision continues to guide us toward a more just world. He left an impression in both our minds and hearts. Thank you for proving that love is stronger than hate.

Friends of Tarrytown Parks & Recreation

After a 4 year process, the 501 3(c) nonprofit "Friends of Tarrytown Parks & Recreation," was established on January 1, 2025. "Friends" will work closely with Parks and Recreation departments to aid and assist with providing quality programs, services, and parks modifications that are beyond routine expenses as projected by the annual budget. It serves to enhance the lives of residents by supporting Parks and Recreation.
