Halloween Parade Recap

Halloween Parade

Trick or Treat!

Thank you to all who participated in our 23rd annual Tarrytown Halloween Parade. We had over 100 marchers & floats in the parade this year and thousands of spectators watching from the sidelines. From creative and spooky to downright kooky, it was quite a spectacle! For those who wanted more, the block party on Main Street provided ample entertainment with a live band on stage & a DJ with several food trucks in the parking lot.

A special thank you to our Diamond sponsors: Phelps Hospital, Decicco & Sons, & Rivian!

A tremendous THANK YOU to the Police, Parks, Public Works, Fire & Administrators Departments & EMS for helping to make this parade a successful & smooth one. Thank you to Joanne Murray & the Halloween Parade Committee for all of the careful planning & implementation involved in throwing a large scale event as this.

Clock's a Tickin'....

Don't forget to set back the clocks an hour on Sunday for Daylight Savings Time!

Friends of Tarrytown Parks & Recreation

After a 4 year process, the 501 3(c) nonprofit "Friends of Tarrytown Parks & Recreation," was established on January 1, 2025. "Friends" will work closely with Parks and Recreation departments to aid and assist with providing quality programs, services, and parks modifications that are beyond routine expenses as projected by the annual budget. It serves to enhance the lives of residents by supporting Parks and Recreation.
