Search Conversation: The Five Marks of Mission

We will be having the first of our Search Committee Conversations THIS SUNDAY at 11:30 in the Parish Hall. Please join us for this first opportunity to participate in creating a vision for St. Paul’s and our search process for a new rector.

Altar Flowers

There are opportunities to donate altar flowers on the Sundays listed below, "In memory of" or in "celebration of" an event. Please call Nancy Andrus at 406-8545 or email nancyandrus308@gmail.com.

The following Sundays are available for the Chantry Altar: February 8, 15, and the High Altar on February 22nd.

A few of you have written or called to question suspicious e-mails you have received from Rev. Dan recently. 

Unfortunately, this is another scam.

St. Paul's Church will never ask you to send donations (or gift cards) to any place other than the parish office or directly to a reputable organization (i.e., ERD). If in doubt, call the office at 585-271-2040 to verify.

Live Stream Ministry

Our Live Stream Ministry is currently in need of additional live stream members to operate our user-friendly livestream equipment. Once trained, your commitment would involve dedicating one Sunday morning per month. Our youth 14+ are encouraged to apply, also! Please contact Sonja at sonja@stpaulsec.org.

Thank you to all who have turned in your

pledge cards for 2026!

We are pleased that we have received $413K in pledges to date. Over 62% of the pledges were increases over 2025. 

We also have 14 new pledges.

St. Joe's Sandwich Making - Day Change

Due to St. Joseph’s House of Hospitality’s February schedule, St. Joe’s Sandwich Making will be held on the second Saturday of February, which is the 14th at 9:30 am in the Parish Kitchen. All are welcome to participate.

(This ministry will go back to the first Saturday of the month starting in March.) For more information, please contact Meredith Halter at meredith5@myyahoo.com.

Our nation and the world: the President, Congress, and Supreme Court; our Governor, Mayor, and the leaders of the communities from which we come; members of our military at home and abroad; for all those elected or appointed to positions of public trust, and for peace throughout our world.

The Church throughout the world, especially for Sean Rowe, the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church; Kara Wagner Sherer, Bishop of Rochester; for the clergy and staff of St. Paul's, and for our partners in ministry.

A Prayer for St. Paul's

O God, our heavenly Father, make the door of St. Paul's Church wide enough to receive all who need love and fellowship and loving care, and narrow enough to shut out all envy, pride and uncharitableness. Make its threshold smooth enough to be no stumbling block to children, but strong enough to turn back the tempter's power. 

O heavenly Father, make the door of St. Paul's a gateway to your eternal kingdom; bless every member and worker; may all that we do and say be done and said to your honor and glory and the spreading of your kingdom. May we continue to be forever yours and daily increase through the Holy Spirit in love and service to others; through Christ our Lord. Amen.
