Class of 2025 Soaring Off to 62 Colleges

The 238 members of Bishop Watterson's Class of 2025 graduated in May and are on their next journeys, with 98% starting college this fall.

We pray that the Holy Spirit inspires each of them with gifts of faith, grace, and a genuine love for others … love God, do your best and take care of each other!

A few facts about the Class of 2025:

The Class of 2025 was offered a combined $43.7 million in college scholarships.

The Class of 2025 compiled more than 15,600 hours in service to the community, aside from the Sophomore Service Training Project.

Members of the Class of 2025 were accepted at 170 colleges and they are attending 62 schools.

Members of the Class of 2025 attained 28 individual subject perfect scores on the ACT.

FOUR State Championships

For the first time ever during the 2024-25 school year, Bishop Watterson teams won four team state championships in the same school year. BWHS is just the fifth school in Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) history to accomplish this feat!

The run of championships began last fall with the girls soccer and football teams. The boys wrestling team won the state title in the winter, followed by boys lacrosse in the spring season.
