Girls Soccer Team Wins State Championship


Our girls soccer team won the 2024 Division II State Championship this past weekend! Tied at 1-1 following regulation and after two overtime periods, the Eagles went 3-0 on penalty kicks to get the victory. Congratulations to Coach Dempsey and the team on this historic win, the first-ever state championship for our girls soccer program!

Girls Volleyball Team Makes State Semifinals

Our girls volleyball team concluded it’s season with a loss to Cincinnati Ursuline Academy the state semifinals. It was another great run for our girls volleyball program!

Cross Country Team at States

The boys cross country team finished 10th out of 20 teams at the State Championship Meet. Jack Hangen was the top finisher, placing 42nd and Kaitlyn Van Zandt placed 18th.

Boys Soccer Regional Semifinalist

The boys soccer team fell in the Regional Semifinal match against St. Francis DeSales in penalty kicks.

Football Team Continues Playoff Run

Our football team finished the regular season undefeated at 10-0, outscoring opponents 419-62. The Eagles defeated Vincent Warren, 44-7 in the first round of the playoffs, then shut out Jackson 34-0 in the second round. They now face Licking Valley at Licking Heights High School in the third round.

8th Grade Visit


Earlier this month Bishop Watterson hosted the 8th grade students from our nine feeder schools: Immaculate Conception, Our Lady of Peace, St. Agatha, St. Andrew, St. Brendan, St. Brigid, St. Mary Delaware, St. Michael and St. Timothy. It was a great day! We look forward to them becoming the Bishop Watterson Class of 2029!

Telos Retreat for Juniors


Forty juniors and a group of senior leaders enjoyed a day of reflection and connection at our first Telos retreat of the school year, November 10-11 at The Retreat Center in Maria Stein, Ohio.


Telos is an optional retreat offered through our Campus Ministry program.
