Join Bike Barn on September 30th as we take to the trails! We'll be hosting a FREE mountain bike ride at Double Lake Recreational Area for riders of all abilities. The Double Lake trails are great for anyone looking to spend time winding through the forest, and while mountain bikes are recommended, the terrain is mild enough for ambitious gravel and cyclocross riders as well. So no matter what you ride, grab your bike and come out for some fun in the dirt!

Our tri-fit experts will show how a professional fit can improve your bike and run split at your next race. You don't have to be a triathelete to benefit from an improved position on your bicycle. After a fantastic inaugural ride, Pedal Away Alzheimer's is back for a second year on September 15th. Featuring routes from 22-65 miles around scenic Bellville, TX, this ride provides fully-stocked rest stops, a fun-filled after party, and all proceeds going to the Alzheimer's Association. This is sure to become another repeat event on anyone's calendar.
Tour de Cure on September 22nd offers routes for any rider from 12 miles to 100. Starting and finishing at Prairie View A&M, this ride is the American Diabetes Association's largest fundraising event with thousands of participants across the country. Afterwards, be sure not to miss the post-ride festival!

Looking for a Florida ride? The Ride to Cure Diabetes on Florida's Amelia Island is more than just a great ride, it's a full 3 day event! With routes from 25 to 100 miles, you’ll cycle along pristine beaches, over marshlands and through beautiful maritime forests. With celebrations and awards dinners and a huge finish line party, it's a full weekend of fun in the sun while also providing crucial support for Type 1 Diabetes research.
Bike around the Bay is one of our favorite rides of the year. It is fun, well organized and highlights the great work the Galveston Bay Foundation is accomplishing for all Houstonians. This 175 mile, 2 day ride takes you around the Galveston Bay with an overnight stay at Moody Gardens. When registering, join the Bike Barn Team! The Figueroa Mountain Gran Fondo is an amazing one-day ride in Santa Ynez California. Hosted by CTS and Chris Carmichael. An epic ride we hope you can join. Another great Memorial Park Criterium series is in the history books! Thank you to everyone that raced and spectators that joined in on the fun this year. A special thanks to all our great sponsors, their support of the series helped in our effort to raise money for BikeHouston . This year Bike Barn was able to donate $5,000 to improve Houston cycling and make Houston a safer, more rideable city.
