We hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving! We enjoyed the time with family and friends and got to spend time relaxing.
The 2019 grapes have wrapped up primary fermentation and we are busy preparing for the next steps. We will be analyzing which wines will move into French and American oak barrels and which will be prepared to make their way to bottles. For those who have been following the journey the new peach wine has finally finished up fermentation and we'll be looking at sweetening and bottling soon.
We had our first snow fall of the season on Monday.
