UPDATES FROM YOUR MANAGER

Updates from Red Rock Village Community Manager, Daniel Perez

Sasco Rd. Speed Reminder

The association has been made aware of a Camaro traveling at excessive speeds on Sasco Rd. If this is you, we kindly ask that you please stop. The association does not have the authority to issue citations, but we want to remind residents that this is a huge safety issue for the community. Please follow the speed limits.

In-Home Businesses

There are rules in the CC&R's about in-home businesses. If you are running a busines out of your home, please be reminded that temporary shade structures are not permitted anywhere on the lot to conduct business. This is a violation of the association's policy. The food and Beverage business should also conduct daily operations in a manner that follows the CC&RS. If youwould like to read more about these rules, please click the link below.

3:11 Residential Use

Erosion Control

Please pick up after your 4-legged friends. Do not leave pet waste in your neighbors' yards. There have been several reports of this happening. Please be considerate of others and carry pet waste bags or visit one of our pet stations.

Sidewalk Reminder

The sidewalks here in the community should always be accessible. We want to remind owners that play equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc., should not block the sidewalks at any time.

Sasco Road Construction

In support of APS’ commitment to serve the community with safe, reliable, and affordable electricity, crews will soon begin work to upgrade their facilities along Sasco Road, from west of Interstate 10 to Red Rock Road, and from Red Rock Road to approximately 800 feet south of Sasco Road. Notices were mailed to all residents, but we wanted to send out another communication as well.

Construction is expected to begin in early September and will take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. Crews will trench and install conduit and manholes for underground work, as well as conduct some overhead work on existing power poles. Roads will remain open for travel during this work, with traffic shifted away from the work activity. Work will primarily take place during daytime hours, weekdays, with traffic control removed during off-work hours to restore the road to normal travel.

For project questions, concerns, or information, please contact APS Community Outreach Consultant at (602) 532-6222 or APSprojects@makprosvc.com.

Sidewalk Cracking

If you are aware of any cracked or buckled sidewalks next to your homes, please contact the Pinal County Public Works Department directly using the link below. For sidewalk issues in common areas, please contact the association manager, Daniel Perez.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

A Keeping Red Rock Village a Premier Community

Site Inspections and Yard/Exterior Compliance

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! Please take note of the most common violations we have recently encountered.

Weeds: Please ensure weeds are removed from the front yard, side yards, and all other areas of the yard that can be seen by neighbors or the street. If weeds are covering most of the yard or you have 1 – 5 weeds that are bigger than 6 inches or large like a bush, that’s an issue, and they need to be removed as soon as possible.

Trash Cans: Trash/recycle bins must be stored in an enclosed garage or backyard and shielded from the street or neighboring lots. These receptacles may not be stored in front of garage doors, the side of the homes behind bushes, on sidewalks, or any location where they can be seen.

Trailers: Any type of trailer or boxed trailer must be stored off-site; they may be used to load and unload, but may not be stored on the street, side yards, back yards, or other locations. These may also not be stored on the street connected to a truck or other vehicles for continual use.

Portable Basketball Hoops: These units may not be stored on the street, sidewalks, front yards, side yards, or other locations while not in use. These units must be stored in an enclosed garage or backyard and out of sight from the street and neighboring lots after use.

Semis or Tractor Trailers: May not be stored in the community under any circumstances.

Community Violation Snapshot Report

The association has issued 706 violations in the community year to date. Please see the attached report on violations by category.

Exterior Paint Notices

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! You may have received a notice requesting that your home exterior paint be updated. We appreciate your compliance, and please email Daniel, your community manager, with any questions on specifics. We have provided several links below with information.

Approval must be given before using any colors that are not the original colors of your home. Original colors with different names must also be approved. Owners must submit information on the old paint name and the name of the new one that will take its place.  Colors may not be mixed and matched between color palettes; no substitutions. When submitting the ARC form, please include the name of the series and scheme. This will prevent delays in the approval process. Example: Red Rock – Cactus 4000 Series color scheme Elevation A Color Group A2
