Reserve Study Strategic Planning

Reserve Study strategic planning is done to ensure we are maintaining and lengthening the longevity of the association assets the following projects are upcoming in the next 30 to 45 days. More specific dates will be provided in the near future, during this time all of these areas will be closed off and we ask all owners to please not use these areas.

  1. The sealing of the asphalt walkways at the main park and all pool parking lot.
  2. Painting of culvert railing throughout community. Once we establish dates we will provide a map of all the rails that will be painted.

Vandalism to Sprinklers

  • Unfortunately vandalism continues to occur in our community parks. The below photo was taken at the park on Ranch Rd. and Pioneer Rd. This sprinkler system and piping was just repaired recently, and has now been dug up and purposely vandalized again. Repairs like this are very expensive. Please keep an eye out for these vandals and report anything you see using the link below.

Community Cleanliness

Help us keep our community clean!

  • PET CLEANLINESS - Please discard of pet waste in your trach cans. Our landscapers are finding pet waste behind the walls along Discovery Ln and Thunderbird Dr. Please pick up after your 4-legged friends when you are walking them in the community, especially around mail boxes. We have several bag stations for your convenience along the trails. Please be courteous and refrain from allowing your pets to poop or pee in the yards of neighbors. Thank you!

Updated Enforcement Policy

Effective September 1, 2024, an updated enforcement policy will take effect. To view the new policy, please click the button below. It will also be available on our website as well. If you have any questions, please e-mail our community manager, Daniel.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

A Keeping Red Rock Village a Premier Community

Site Inspections and Yard/Exterior Compliance

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! Our most recent site inspections included an increase in trash and yard debris in front yards. Please be reminded that acceptable items in your front yards include approved landscaping, approved ornamentation, and approved decorations depending on holiday. All other items should be stored in an enclosed garage or back yard out of sight. We have noticed unauthorized items in front yards such as wooden pallets, mechanic tools, tires, wooden boards, buckets, broken children’s toys, bikes, portable basketball hoops. Trash cans should be stored out of sight or in an enclosed garage, and not on the side of the home. With the start of a new year please take the time to tidy up ring in the new year with a clean yard. Management will be increasing the frequency of inspections going into 2025 to address some of the issues we are seeing in the community

Exterior Paint Notices

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! You may have received a notice requesting that your home exterior paint be updated. We appreciate your compliance and please email Daniel, your community manager with any questions on specifics. We have provided several links below with information.

*Please note that approval must be given prior to using any colors that are not the original colors of your home. Original colors that have a different name must also be approved. Owners must submit info on the old paint name and the name of the new one that will take its place. Also, colors may not be mixed and matched between color pallets.
