COMPLIANCE CORNER

A Keeping Red Rock Village a Premier Community

Holiday Lights and Decorations

Per the governing documents, holiday lights and decorations may remain displayed for no more than 1 month after the holiday. Decorations and lights should be removed from all homes no later that January 25th. Thank you for your compliance and partnership in keeping our community looking it's best!

Site Inspections and Yard/Exterior Compliance

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! Our most recent site inspections included an increase in trash and yard debris in front yards. Please be reminded that acceptable items in your front yards include approved landscaping, approved ornamentation, and approved decorations depending on holiday. All other items should be stored in an enclosed garage or back yard out of sight. We have noticed unauthorized items in front yards such as wooden pallets, mechanic tools, tires, wooden boards, buckets, broken children’s toys, bikes, portable basketball hoops. Trash cans should be stored out of sight or in an enclosed garage, and not on the side of the home. With the start of a new year please take the time to tidy up ring in the new year with a clean yard. Management will be increasing the frequency of inspections going into 2025 to address some of the issues we are seeing in the community
