UPDATES FROM YOUR MANAGER

Updates from Red Rock Village Community Manager, Daniel Perez

Community Pool Updates

Happy 2026 pool season! Please see the latest pool reminders and updates below. Children under the age of 18 should not be at the pool without an adult. DO NOT give your key to your children or teens.

Water Slide Operation Hours

Wed - 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Thurs - 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Fri - 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Sat - 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Sun - 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Holidays - 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Mon & Tues - CLOSED

Water Slide Height Requirement - 48 Inches

  • NO GLASS at the pool. Broken glass in or around a pool area requires immediate, mandatory closure due to the safety risk of people stepping on it and getting cut. Staff must completely drain, vacuum, and refill the pool to guarantee all microscopic shards are removed before it can safely reopen. Both pools would need to be drained, which causes sun damage to the pool surface, and the closure could last 2-3 weeks.
  • The lifeguards will ask all children who are unaccompanied by an adult to leave the pool.
  • As a safety reminder, please do not climb the water slides and jump off of them.
  • Please be courteous to others at the pool. If you have a radio playing music, play it at a volume you can enjoy, but not so loud that it's blasted. Not everyone enjoys the same tunes, and we want to be respectful of that.
  • If you are having food and drinks at the pool, please take a trash bag for your trash and dispose of it at home. This will ensure that the pool trash cans won't get full so fast. Thank you!

Verdin Solar Project Neighborhood Meeting Invitation

Verdin Solar LLC is hosting a neighborhood meeting to provide neighbors and interested parties to learn more about the project, ask questions, and submit comments. The meeting takes place on July 8th from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Red Rock Elementary Cafeteria. Comments or questions may be submitted in advance to Sac Barthalomew at zbartholomew@advance-power.com

La Osa Data Center

The association has reached out to Pinal County to obtain contact information for the firm processing this project. Our community Manager will meet with the firm this Wednesday via phone and request information so that all owners can direct their questions, comments, and concerns.

Sunridge Power Plant

The Pinal County Planning and Zoning Commission voted without opposition on May 21, 2026, to recommend approval of an Industrial Use Permit for the Sunridge Power plant Pinal County project. Click the link below to view the article. All questions and concerns should be directed to Pinal County, as the association has no decision-making power concerning this project.

Playground Equipment Replacement

The new playground equipment at the main park has been installed, and is ready for use. There are a few items that need to be installed on the set to button it all up, and those will be done in the next two weeks. Additionally, we are still in the process of having the large shade structure installed. The permit is under review with Pinal County, and as soon as it is approved, the vendor will complete that installation.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

A Keeping Red Rock Village a Premier Community

Front Yard Landscape Requirements

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! Please click the link below to view the required minimum standards for front yard landscaping. This will be a part of the weekly compliance audit for the next few weeks.

Weeds

Please ensure weeds are removed from the front yard, side yards, and all other areas of the yard that can be seen by neighbors or the street. If weeds are covering most of the yard or you have 1 – 5 weeds that are bigger than 6 inches or large like a bush, that’s an issue, and they need to be removed as soon as possible.

Exterior Paint Notices

We appreciate your efforts to help us maintain the appearance of our beautiful community! You may have received a notice requesting that your home exterior paint be updated. We appreciate your compliance, and please email Daniel, your community manager, with any questions on specifics. We have provided several links below with information.

Approval must be given before using any colors that are not the original colors of your home. Original colors with different names must also be approved. Owners must submit information on the old paint name and the name of the new one that will take its place. Colors may not be mixed and matched between color palettes; no substitutions. When submitting the ARC form, please include the name of the series and scheme. This will prevent delays in the approval process. Example: Red Rock – Cactus 4000 Series color scheme Elevation A Color Group A2
