Tandoori Chicken (serving idea)
Mix 2 Tablespoons lemon juice, 1 diced onion and 2 cups plain yogurt.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Bake at 400 f or on the grill. Coat pieces with oil or put a non-stick pad down to prevent sticking. Make sure to transfer to grates to get char flavor and burn marks.
Serve as a kabob with vegetables and rice or as a platter
