Redeemer Reminders
"No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you're welcome here."

November is moving quickly and in less than two weeks we will be having our first drive-in service celebrating Thanksgiving. If you are planning to attend, I urge you to please use the sign up genius and let us know. Having a count is essential in how we set up for the service, so please let us know even if you are thinking about it, but not 100% sure. I'd rather be over prepared than under prepared. Also, I'm still looking for help with outdoor ushering if anyone is available to help, please sign up or contact me. This Sunday we will include a time for healing and anointing, so please prepare water, lotion, oil, etc. if you'd like.

Friday I'll have my community office hours on Zoom from 12-1. Please join in for some discussion. And remember, if you'd like to set a personal zoom call with me, please let me know.

For our Thanksgiving Worship this year, I am looking for images to share. Please send me your pictures, your words, short video clips, etc. of what you are thankful for this year by Friday, Nov. 20th.
Be a Blessing Yard Signs
With the election behind us, let's turn our attention away from campaign rhetoric to being God's love in the world. Time to 'Be a Blessing' — and to share that message and all that it means with the world.

We are discounting these yard signs for the next two weeks only. We would like to see every congregation, pastor, lay leader, clergy, church member, every person who attends, affiliates or identifies with the UCC to have a Be a Blessing sign (to replace campaign signs in our yards). We want to flood our neighborhoods throughout the country with love, kindness, encouragement, unity, and hope.

Show us some love! We invite you to take a picture of you with your sign and post it on social media with the hashtag #BeaBlessing. We can't wait to see you there!

10% discount per sign.

Each year at Christmas, Redeemer has sponsored community families who are in need. Typically, gift wishes were hung on the Giving Tree in the Great Hall and members select which gifts they want to purchase. Due to Covid, our Giving Tree is going to be a little different this year! Sussex Outreach Services is requesting we purchase gift cards from Walmart, Meijer and Target (no Amazon cards, please) in the amount of $5, $10, $20 and $25. The gift cards will be given to the families and they will purchase their own gifts this year. Redeemer's Gold Can will support the Giving Tree Project on November 22nd and 29th. In addition, gift cards and food can be dropped off after church through November 29th. This year families are struggling even more to keep food on the table and make ends meet. Please consider purchasing gift cards and know you have made a difference in the lives of others. If you have questions, please call the church office or Jean Fero 262.719.2625. Thank You for help and kindness!
