Parents' Lunch and Conversation

Parents at Redeemer are invited to join us in Fellowship Hall for lunch and conversation. We will gather right at 12 pm or after the 11 am worship service. The conversation will focus on how we can better support parents and our youth in the coming year. We want to resume events that would be helpful to you. Preschool and After-School Registration 2025-26

It’s time! Church and community families with children 1.5 – 12 years of age are welcome to register for the 2025-26 school year!

Families with enrolled children returning for 2025-26 may register January 13 - 17. 

Waitlist Priority and new families may register January 20 - 24.

Children delight in experiencing open-ended play with peers in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment. Our staff engages the children to delve into topics of interest, build hands-on projects, and create bonds that will help them navigate their childhood years and beyond.

Mission Trip Meeting

January 26

Youth going on the Mission Trip in June are asked to attend an informational meeting with their parents on January 26 after the 11 am worship service. Please contact Grace Howie (grace@redeemermclean.org) with any questions. If you cannot attend please reach out so that you may receive the information.

• March 4 - Pancake Supper on Shrove Tuesday

Youth Fundraiser. Youth of all ages and Adult volunteers are needed!

• March 9 - Metro D.C. Synod Virginia Conference Play + Pray Event

High School Students are invited to come play, eat, join in fun and fellowship. It is completely free and is encouraged to bring a friend! The Virginia Conference event will be from 2-4pm at Bowlero Sterling.

Faith Formation

Faith Formation classes are available for Pre-K (ages 3+) through 6th graders. Our youngest members will sing, read Bible stories, play games, and have open discussions with their peers as they build a strong foundation and understanding of the Christian faith.

Confirmation

7th and 8th graders are invited to join Confirmation class, focusing on both biblical education and exploration of Lutheran doctrine and theology.
