Youth Leadership Sunday

May 10

Youth Leadership Sunday is an opportunity for children to actively participate in worship services as they attend with their parents. Sign up your youth to serve as greeters, ushers, acolytes, and readers by going to this link! There are volunteer opportunities still available at the 8:30 and 11 am services.

Last Day of Faith Formation and Confirmation

May 17

The last day of Faith Formation and the Confirmation class will be May 17. Please note the High School Class will continue meeting.

For those currently in 8th grade, please note that the Confirmation Dinner will be October 18, 2026 and Confirmation will take place at the 11 am service on October 25, 2026.

Redeemer's Annual Music Recital

May 17 – 2 pm

Join us in celebrating talented young musicians we all know and love! Featuring fine soloists and the Redeemer Renaissance Orchestra.

Graduating High School & College Seniors

Submission Deadline May 20

Please send graduation announcements with a picture, if desired, to Grace Sweeney by May 20 so we can spotlight our graduates in the June newsletter. Feel free to include as little or as much detail in the announcement as you would like.

We look forward to recognizing your graduates!

Redeemer Renaissance Preschool

Preschool offers classes and extended day options for children aged 1.5–5 years old. Explore summer camps for 3–5-year-olds!

Join Redeemer's Youth Ministry Team

Do you want to help our youth connect with God’s word through fellowship, service, worship, and more? Do you have ideas for events or programming?

Support our Youth Ministry by getting involved!

We are looking for youth volunteers ages 12 to 18; this is a wonderful opportunity to gain leadership experience. Adult volunteers are also needed! If you are interested please fill out this form.

Join Redeemer's Christian Education Ministry Team

Do you care about helping children, youth, and adults grow in faith? Redeemer’s Christian Education Ministry Team is seeking new members to help guide and strengthen our Faith Formation, Confirmation, adult education, and other learning opportunities. This team provides vision, support, and encouragement for the educational life of our congregation - ensuring that all ages are nurtured in Scripture, discipleship, and love of Christ.

If you have a heart for teaching, mentoring, organizing, or simply supporting the faith development of our community, we would love to have you join us. Serving on this team is a meaningful way to share Christ’s love and invest in the spiritual growth of Redeemer.

Faith Formation, Confirmation, and High School Classes

Registration is open for all Sunday morning youth classes

Classes meet every Sunday from 9:45 - 10:45 am.

Faith Formation, confirmation, and the high school class

Faith Formation

Faith Formation classes are available for Pre-K (ages 3+) through 6th graders. Our youngest members will sing, read Bible stories, play games, and have open discussions with their peers as they build a strong foundation and understanding of the Christian faith.

Confirmation

7th and 8th graders are invited to join confirmation class, focusing on both biblical education and exploration of Lutheran doctrine and theology.

High School Students--Bagels and Bibles

New attendees are always welcome!

This class meets at 9:45 in the Teen Center. All high school students are invited to come for a bagel, fellowship, and discussions about God, the Bible, and faith.

We will explore what the Bible has to tell us about where God is in our lives and in today's world.

Come with your questions! We welcome anyone who is new!

Youth Choir

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord! The Redeemer Youth Choir is looking for new members. If you have a child who loves to sing, please consider having them join! Rehearsals are Sundays from 10:55 am to 11:25 am. The group performs periodically throughout the year.
