Visual Arts

Redwood’s Visual Arts Program was awarded multiple grants through the Foundation's recent fall allocations cycle including:

  • Ceramics equipment to meet the needs of this growing program and to keep the studio operating as a high level college preparatory studio.
  • Additional funding for art supplies across all visual arts classes to meet the demand from an increase in both enrollment and costs.
  • Additional MacBook Pro laptops to support a 1:1 student to Mac ratio in all classrooms to allow for better access and understanding.
  • Additional display materials for the Spring Arts Exhibit to further accommodate all Visual Arts students and mediums. After the success of the first annual Arts Exhibit this past spring, the department is excited to reach even more students and the wider community.

We are grateful to our generous donors for making these and all of the recently funded grants possible!
